My journey into the world of fitness wasn’t just a career choice; it was born from a deep-seated belief in the power of well-being. Witnessing firsthand the transformative impact of focused training and mindful habits ignited a passion within me to share that with others.

Having earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Washington University and spent over nine years immersed in this dynamic industry, I’ve cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the human body and the art of effective training. My experience includes valuable time spent at WorthFit here in Walla Walla, where I honed my skills working closely with individuals of all ages and fitness levels in a one-on-one environment. This hands-on experience has reinforced my conviction that every person’s journey is unique and deserves a tailored approach.

What truly drives me is the connection I build with my clients. There’s immense satisfaction in understanding your individual goals, challenges, and aspirations, and then crafting a path that leads to tangible results. My background in Physical Therapy has also been instrumental in shaping my coaching philosophy.
